Oulèye Ndoye’s former husband Raphael Gamaliel Warnock is an American pastor and politician who has served since 2021 as Georgia’s junior United States senator. He was born on July 23, 1969, in Savannah Georgia.

He assumed office on January 20, 2021, as a Democratic Party member.

Also, he is a member of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, the Atlanta 100 Black Men, and a lifetime NAACP member.

Talking about his educational background, Raphael Warnock graduated from Sol C. Johnson High School.

He attended Morehouse College after wanting to follow in the footsteps of Martin Luther King Jr., from which he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology in 1991.

He then received a Master of Divinity, a Master of Philosophy, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the Union Theological Seminary, a school associated with Columbia University.
