Personal Life and Family

Lindquist was born in Orange County, California, in a religious Christian household.

Her father, Jerry, and his wife, Kath, raised her and her siblings with great care.

She grew up in a very religious family where everyone had great faith in God.

Lindquist was close to her parents even after becoming an adult and starting her own family.

Though she lost her mother to breast cancer after being diagnosed in 2009, she is still close to her father.

She and her children still visit her father to reconnect with him.

If losing her mother to cancer was not enough, she also got skin cancer on her foot in 2012.

The QVC host married her husband, Dan Allemeier, in 2013.

The two met years ago and shared a mutual religious faith.

They soon started seeing each other despite the fact at that time Allemeier was living on a boat.

The two became inseparable in no time and even decided the name of their children would be Grace and Ben on their second date.

Both wanted to start a family, so they tried for kids soon after marrying.

They tried for several years but could not conceive because of unexplainable infertility.

They even took the help of science but suffered from miscarriages every time Lindquist got pregnant.

Lindquist was depressed and even isolated herself from others. 

However, her husband and family always supported her, which helped her to overcome her grief.

Finally, the couple decided to extend their family by adopting a baby girl. The couple then adopted their first daughter, Grace.

After adopting Grace, a miracle happened when the last of their frozen embryo got successfully transferred.

The couple welcomed their biological daughter, Georgia, just five months after adopting their first daughter.

They could not be happier as they now had a happy family of four.

The couple again decided to extend their family and adopted their son, Ben, in 2016.

After completing high school, she enrolled in Franklin & Marshall College.

Initially, Lindquist wanted to build a career in the law sector after graduating from college.

However, she changed his remind after getting a minor role in Coyote Ugly, a romantic comedy.

She also got offered to appear in other projects on TV, such as Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, 100 Girls, That’s My Bush, etc.

Despite getting roles here and there, it did not satisfy her as these roles were not challenging enough.
